A method was developed for the analysis of sodium, potassium, and calcium in Ringer's solution based on atomic absorption spectroscopy. Interelemental interference effects were investigated and are discussed. The proposed method was compared to NF procedures and offers some advantage in terms of accuracy and convenience.
