We calculate the cross section for the charge exchange process in Li 2+ (1s)+H(1s) collisions, using an eight term molecular expansion that includes a two-electron common translation factor. The results are stable with respect to the variations of the parameters included in this translation factor. At low velocities (v Calcul de la section efficace totale d'echange de charge, en utilisant un developpement moleculaire a 8 termes incluant le facteur de translation commun a 2 electrons: Aux basses vitesses (v 9 u.a.), et, pour v>0,5 u.a., un mecanisme a 3 etats 1 3 Σ-3 3 Σ-1 3 Π devient predominant. Accord avec l'experience pour 0,5<v<0,8 u.a.
