Warren L. and Joan Mary Canong are well-known to our readers as JONA's special consultants in Systems and Management and authors of Good Advice. They assisted in the preparation of this issue's yuest column, “Matrix Organization: An Alternative for Clinical Specialists” by Captain Robert L. Anders. We are pleased to welcome Captain Robert L. Anders, Army Nurse Corps, as guest columnist in this issue's Good Advice. Captain Anders received his B.S. at Union College, Lincoln, Nebraska. He was formerly a psychiatricmental health nurse clinician at Letterman Army Medical Center, Presidio of San Francisco, California. He is currently a Master's candidate in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing at the University of Hawaii, Honolulu. We were delighted to work with Captain Anders in preparing this column for Good Advice. He wishes to thank Dr. Sheldon Varney, associate professor of Eucational Administration, University of Hawaii and Ms. Loretta S. liermosk, professor of nursing at the University of Hawaii for their support and assistance at various stages in the column's development.
