Galloway has a BS in Marketing from Ball State University as well as MS degrees in Information and Communication Sciences (Ball State University) and Instructional Systems Technology (Indiana University). He is currently pursuing an Instructional Systems Technology doctorate at Indiana University. He is a Business Research Analyst within Merck Vaccine Division (MVD). In this role, he is responsible for market research activities to support strategic and tactical decisions for Vaccines, Customer Marketing, and Policy. He joined MVD in 2001 as an Instructional Designer as part of the sales training and development team. In this position, Dominique led the effort to evaluate and redesign the basic training program. He also developed a basic training instructional guide for district managers for use with their trainees and has improved efficiency in this department by implementing computer-based testing. Prior to joining MVD, Dominique spent 12 years with Eli Lilly and Company where he held positions as a Trainer, Instructional Designer, Sales Representative, and Systems Analyst.
