ResumoA steep dip in the nuclear-spin-lattice relaxation time, ${T}_{1}$, of liquid $^{3}\mathrm{He}$ in contact with CuTA [copper tetrammine sulfate monohydrate, Cu${(\mathrm{N}{\mathrm{H}}_{3})}_{4}$S${\mathrm{O}}_{4}$\ifmmode\cdot\else\textperiodcentered\fi{}${\mathrm{H}}_{2}$O] has been observed near the ordering temperature, ${T}_{\mathrm{N}}=0.43$ K, of CuTA. Data show that the electron-spin fluctuation in CuTA plays an important role for the relaxation mechanism of liquid $^{3}\mathrm{He}$ through the boundary interaction. An effective way of liquid-$^{3}\mathrm{He}$ cooling through this type of interaction is suggested.
