ResumoAerococcus urinae are Gram-positive cocci that cause urinary tract infections in adults with underlying genitourinary (GU) tract disease. We report a case of pyelonephritis caused by A. urinae in a 12-year-old boy with a history of pyeloplasty and GU reflux.
