The disease primarily involves the lungs, but several other organs can also be affected. Although the cause and pathogenesis are unknown, some cases have been reported in which impairment of cellular immunity might have been implicated. We describe the case of a patient with the acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) in whom an histologic diagnosis of lymphomatoid granulomatosis was made.A 26-year-old male intravenous...References1.
