ResumoA modification of standard tip graft techniques that mimics the surface morphology of aesthetic nasal tip cartilages was evaluated. Because this graft represents the surface anatomy of the aesthetic nasal tip, it is referred to as the anatomic tip graft. It emphasizes the high point (pronasale) of the nose, the full length of the domes, and the normal angulation that commonly occurs between the domes and the middle crura. Additional cartilage deep to the tip graft helps secure it and accentuates tip definition.
