Resumo

A microscale ELISA system, designated as the ‘C1q-micro ELISA,’ has been developed for the measurement of circulating immune complexes. The sensitivity of the method ranged between 0.1 and 3 μg equivalents of aggregated human gamma-globulins. The procedure requires small quantities of serum and reagents, and it can be performed with rapidity without the loss of accuracy and reproducibility.
