At mineralogy institute the Ural branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences is experience of creation of geographical information system and realisation WEB-ПРОЕКТОВ of various directions. Some geological, ecological, nature protection and municipal projects are executed within the limits of Russia and Europe. The basis of projects are following positions: • Base objects of areas are stored and cope a control system of databases: • The constant control and actualisation a vector of the spatial data is carried out; • Various projects are carried out with formation of the base given various subjects according to inquiries of consumers; • The additional possibilities connected with the cartographical data - raster information Google, video, photos, panoramas are used, video supervision is connected or video – conference, vocal messages of various structures and in various forms.
