ResumoMandibular and maxillary reconstruction using vascularised bone flap is now commonplace. Sometimes, reconstruction of complex oral–maxilla–facial defect poses a challenge to surgeons because of functional and aesthetic problems. Here we present the first case that received rehabilitation of whole upper alveola, palate and one-side mandibular body defect with single vascularised and non-vascularised fibula after operation of synchronous primary cancers in upper and lower gums and palate.
