A new diplurid genus from eastern Australia and a related Aname species (Diplurinae : Dipluridae : Araneae)

A new genus, Namea, of 14 new species — the type-species N. capricornia, N. brisbanensis, N. bunya, N. calcaria, N. callemonda, N. cucurbita, N. dahmsi, N. dicalcaria, N. excavans, N. jimna, N. nebulosa, N, olympus, N. saundersi and N. salanitri — and a new species of Aname, A. kirrama, are described from the rainforests of eastern Australia. Aname flavomaculata Rainbow & Pulleine, 1918, is included in Namea. Namea is believed to be the sister group of the monotypic genus Teyl, a relic in the southwest corner of Australia. Together Nanzea and Teyl are considered the sister-group of Aname.
