ResumoL'invagination intestinale aiguë est une pathologie du nourrisson et du petit enfant. Sa survenue chez l'adulte est très inhabituelle. Elle est d'étiologie diverse. Le lipome est rare au niveau du tube digestif. L'invagination intestinale sur lipome est exceptionnelle. Nous rapportons un cas d'invagination intestinale grêlo-grêlique sur lipome. The majority of intussusceptions occur in infancy and early childhood, and rarely in adults. The underlying causes of intussusceptions in an adult vary greatly. Lipoma is not a common tumor in the gastrointestinal tract. Intestinal intussusception caused by lipoma is uncommon. It is particularly rare when lipoma is located in the small intestine. The authors report a rare case of jejunojejunal intussusception due to lipoma.
