ResumoA well-defined, bilocular radiolucency was found in the angle of the lower left mandibular ramus. The patient was asymptomatic. Serial cross-sectional tomography of the lesion revealed a lingual concavity in the mandibular cortical bone. A diagnosis of atypical Stafne's bone cavity was made.
