ResumoWe report a case of ascending and transverse aortic arch aneurysm repair with aortic valve replacement in a patient with MAGIC syndrome (mouth and genital ulcers with inflamed cartilage), the unusual setting of both Behçet's disease and relapsing polychondritis.
