Resumo

Abstract We report about the preparation of lead-free Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O thin films of the 2212 phase by laser ablation. We have found an optimal regime for preparation, which makes it possible to produce films with T c0 > 80 K and j c (60K) > 10 6 A/cm 2 on SrTiO 3 substrates. The films are characterized by current transport measurements, RBS, XRD and SEM. We have found a dependence of the film quality on substrate temperature, oxygen partial pressure, pulse repetition rate and post-annealing conditions. First investigations on BSCCO/SrTiO 3 /BSCCO multilayer systems were performed.
