ResumoIn a 67-year-old man with left horizontal homonymous sectoranopia and slight facio-brachial hemiparesis, CT showed recent infarction in the right posterior choroidal-artery region. This particular visual-field defect may be explained by partial involvement of the lateral geniculate body which is supplied both by the anterior and posterior choroidal artery.
