Esthetic management of perimolysis caused by the purging of stomach acids induced by bulimia nervosa is presented in the form of a case report and review of the literature. This overview of the literature, with report of case, suggests esthetic treatment of perimolysis caused by purging of stomach acids induced by eating disorders such as anorexia nervosa and bulimia. The use of porcelain laminate veneers to repair the damaged dentition was preferred because it eliminates further damage to the internal tooth structures.
