Resumo

The critical behavior of Kerr—Newman black holes is examined on the basis of the equilibrium series of black hole states alone. The scaling laws of the “first kind” are all satisfied at the extremal limit where a critical point exists. The scaling laws of the “second kind” including the exponents associated with the spatial correlation suggest the presence of a long-time correlation among evaporating particles.
