ResumoThe photovoltaic properties of thin films of the polyvinylcarbazole-trinitrofluorenone complex are investigated. Thin films of thickness between 10 and 500 nm were formed by the solution-casting method. The photovoltaic energy conversion efficiency was measured in Au-(polymer thin film)-Al cells as a function of the film thickness, and it became a maximum (about 0.01%) at a thickness of about 100 nm.
