Resumo

Non-thrombocytopenic Purpura after Administration of Chlorpromazine Hydrochloride Chlorpromazine hydrochloride (" largactil ") is one of the series of alkyl amine derivatives of phenothiazine and is used in a wide variety of psychiatric conditions.The case documented here is, so far as I know, the first reported instance of purpura associated with its adnministration.
