ResumoWe present an extremely rare case of extralobar pulmonary sequestration in the right upper thoracic region, with a wide tracheal communication and a right subclavian arterial blood supply. The MRI scan suggested a bronchogenic cyst. Although preoperative color Doppler and angiography were not performed, successful resection was carried out. The histology indicated a diagnosis of extralobar pulmonary sequestration.
