ResumoWe report the preparation of Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+δ thin films on (100)-SrTiO3 substrates by a sample DC-sputtering method in high pressure oxygen atmosphere. The inductively measured Tc onset reaches values up to 86K. Films were characteized by X-ray diffraction in Bragg-Brentano-and-Seeman-Bohlin-configuration;transport measurements were performed. In detail, we studied resistive transitions for B‖vc and B‖uc in magnetic fields up to 6 T, the angular dependence of Πab near Tc and the critical current density Jc at 77 K.
