ResumoWe show that over a very wide range of c.m. angles, energies, and transverse momenta, the invariant cross sections for inclusive production of hadrons in $\mathrm{pp}$ collisions show a very simple behavior when expressed in terms of a new radial scaling variable ${x}_{R}\ensuremath{\equiv}\frac{{p}^{*}}{{{p}_{max}}^{*}}$, where ${p}^{*}$ is the total c.m. momentum of the hadron.
