It may result from a primary disturbance of the duct or secretory coil of the sweat glands, central or peripheral nervous system disease, or certain systemic disorders (1, 2). The following is an account of a patient recently seen in our clinic who developed generalized anhidrosis and ichthyosis with the onset of Hodgkin's disease.
