ResumoBackground and Purpose: Ureterorenoscopy (URS) is a common minimally invasive diagnostic and therapeutic modality for ureteral and renal pathology. Fluid absorption during routine URS has not been studied prospectively, despite the fact that fluid absorption during other endoscopic urologic procedures can be substantial.
