ResumoAbstract All preimaginal stages of Lipara rufitarsis Loew are described and illustrated in 39 drawings. The facial mask, cephaloskeleton, spiracles and locomotory structures are considered. This is the first description of first- and second-instar larva. Descriptions of third-instar larva, egg and puparium are expanded. The paper forms a basis for a complete description of the life history of this fly.
