espanolA pesar de que en los ultimos anos se ha realizado un esfuerzo considerable en la red sanitaria para mejorar los recursos de tratamiento para personas con problemas de uso de drogas, la presion asistencial en los centros especificos de tratamiento es todavia una constante. El perfil de los pacientes que acuden a estos recursos ha cambiado en los ultimos anos, y en muchas ocasiones precisan de una atencion rapida y eficaz. En el texto se esbozan las directrices generales de un modelo de intervencion psicologica en la dependencia a drogas con formato de terapia breve, de orientacion cognitivo-conductual. El modelo puede ser util en muchos de nuestros pacientes, presenta unos costes menores, puede estar disponible para un numero mayor de personas y, puede adaptarse a las necesidades de los pacientes EnglishIn spite of the fact that in the last years has been accomplished a considerable effort in the sanitary net to improve the treatment resources for persons with problems of use of drugs, the assistance pressure in the specific treatment centers is still a constant. The profile of the patients that attend to these resources has changed in the last years, and in many occasions specify of a rapid and effective attention. In the text are drawn the general directors of a psychological intervention model in the dependency to drugs with brief therapy format, of cognitive-behavior direction. The model can be useful in many of our patient, presents some smaller costs, it can be available for a number greater than persons and it can be adapted to the needs of the patients.
