Resumo

Abstract The ternary‐pseudo phase diagram for toluene, water and 2‐propanol has been constructed from conductivity measurements. Several structured regions have been identified and region boundaries confirmed by carbon‐13 nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. Prominent among the structured pseudo‐phases is a region of water dispersed microemulsions. Preliminary light scattering data suggest a droplet diameter of 50–300 Å.
