Resumo2D ZnO nanoflakes on different substrates at ambient conditions are sonochemically synthesized. Synthesized nanostructures exhibit excellent electrical conductivity and optical transparency, which make them suitable for many electronic and optoelectronic applications. The process is low-temperature, fast, environmentally benign, CMOS-compatible, scalable, and potentially high-throughput.
