Resumo

The temperature dependencies of the ionic conductivity have been measured for Li3Sc2(PO4)3 with natural Li isotope composition and 6Li enriched. Two phase transition were observed:α ⇒ βat 450–495 K and β ⇒ γat 495–530 K for both samples. It is shown that the substitution of 7Li by 6Li almost doubles the Li+ ion transport activation energy value. The observed phenomenon is compared to the well-known mixed alkali effect.
