ResumoThe verification of sugar performance is made on the determination of the technical parameters of sugar cane, especially the brix (soluble solids content), POL (sucrose content), PZA (purity of the broth), fibre and CCP ( percentage of gross cane), allowing from the knowledge of these properties to establish criteria for sugarcane marketing. This research aimed to determine the yield on the technical parameters of the third ratoon of sugarcane (Saccharum officinarum L.) subject to different levels of irrigation. The survey was conducted in the Capim Farm Distillery Miriri, in the municipality of Capim - PB. The effective precipitation during the crop cycle was of 775 mm and the depth of water applied by irrigation were 152, 290 and 393 mm, and the levels of fertilization as top dressing were 72 and 276 kg ha-1. A factorial 2 x 4 was used in completely randomized design, with 3 repetitions. The statistical analysis of data revealed that there was no significant influence of the factors irrigation and fertilization on the technical parameters. The average values of technical parameters of this experiment exceeded the average of seasons of 86 to 97 of Usina Miriri.
