Resumo

Abstract The LW(CO) 3 Cp (L = R n SnCl 3‐n , H, Cl) derivatives and their interaction with iBuAlCl 2 and O 2 have been studied by i. r. spectroscopy. Mechanisms for the generation of the active tungsten‐carbene complex in the early stages of reaction are proposed.
