Target Audience Obstetricians & Gynecologists, Family Physicians Learning Objectives After completion of this article, the reader will be able to understand the similarities and differences between primary peritoneal carcinoma and epithelial ovarian cancer, the criteria used to define peritoneal carcinomas, and the differences in presentation between a low malignant potential tumor of the peritoneum and an ovarian low malignant potential tumor.
