Resumo

The photo-current fluctuation spectra and the photoelectron statistics of a negative feedback stabilized semiconductor laser are measured. The photo-current spectral density is reduced by 7 dB below the standard quantum noise level, 2eIp. Sub-poissonian photoelectron statistics with variance 〈Δn2〉 = 0.26 〈n〉 are observed.
