Intracranial Aneurysms: Treatment and Complications

Vascular lesions of the vertebro-basilar system are described with special reference to angiographic diagnosis. The lesions discussed in detail include congenital anomalies, aneurysms and angiomas. Special attention is paid to aneurysms presenting as tumours and eleven such cases are described.
