Although many minor side effects have been documented, no reports have linked naproxen therapy with male sexual dysfunction. The following is a case report of such an apparent side effect.A 66-year-old man presented with a 2-year history of generalized arthralgias that increased in severity during the 3 or 4 months before examination.
