Resumo

An artifice enough diffused actually to immunization of chickens just in a single administration, are the use of associated vaccines, but according to some researchers, broilers vaccinated with associated vaccines included attenuated live virus of the Newcastle disease (NDV) and infectious bronchitis virus (IBV), can to suffer a phenomena denominated viral interference, turning on inapt the immunological system to stimulate the protective antibodies (Ab) production, resulting in a competition for receptors, or ruling the immune response in others directions.These animals are immunized with vaccines within the HB1 cepas (HB 1 and Clone 30) sorotipes of the NDV and the Massachusetts (H120 e Ma5) serotipes of the IBV, in several combinations, administered by eye drop.One Treatment (T11) left without immunization was used how control.The Treatments T2, T4 e T10 just suffer immunization against the NDV only or associated in the moment the vaccination or in laboratory at the IBV, being that in the Treatments T5, T6, T7, T8 e T9 was added a vaccination against the infectious bursal disease (IBD).The results show us a reduction at Ac production agains NDV when associated at the IBV (Treatment 4), both mixe3d in the same flask in the moment of the vaccination.However, was observed a few interference, from to the utilization of a vaccine already associated in laboratory (Treatment 10).Whatever the presence of de infectious bursal disease (IBD) in the Treatments (T5 -T8), this virus like to collaborated with the immune system by it precocious activation, reducing the difference in the quantity of Ab when this vaccines are associated in the moment of the immunization.
