Serumproteine und -proteide bei der arteriosklerose

Bei 42 Patienten mit einer auf physikalischem und röntgenologischem Wege gesicherten Arteriosklerose wurden das Gesamtfett, das Gesamteiweiβ, das Cholesterin, die Cholesterinester und die Phospholipoide bestimmt. Auβerdem wurden die Lipo- und Glykoproteide und ihre Verteilung auf die Serumeiweiβfraktionen untersucht. Eine Erhöhung der β-Lipoproteide und des Cholesterins fand sich bei 25 Patienten, 9 wiesen normale Lipoproteidfraktionen bei erhöhten Cholesterinwerten auf, 4 normale Cholesterinwerte bei pathologischer Lipoproteidverteilung und 4 zeigten normale oder an der oberen Grenze der Norm liegende Befunde. Die neutralen Glykoproteide sind regelmäβig erhöht. Ein Anstieg der zur Glucosamin- und Chondrosaminbildung befähigten Proteide findet sich nur vereinzelt. Eine Beziehung zum klinischen Bild war nicht erkennbar. In Anlehnung an frühere eigene Untersuchungen werden die Veränderungen auf dem Lipo- und Glykoproteidsektor als sekundäres Phänomen betrachtet. Eine kurze Begründung dieser Auffassung wird gegeben. The total serum protein, total fat, cholesterol, cholesterol esters and phospholipids were determined in 42 patients with a physically and röntgenographically proved arteriosclerosis. The lipo- and glycoproteins and their distribution on the serum fractions were also investigated. In 25 patients an increase of β-lipoproteins and cholesterol was found, 9 showed normal lipoprotein relations and exaggerated cholesterol values, 4 normal cholesterol and increased β-lipoproteins, and 4 normal results in both fractions. In almost all cases the neutral glycoproteins were increased, the glucosamine-containing proteins in only a few cases. There was no perceptible relation with the clinical picture. On the basis of earlier investigations made by the author the alterations in the lipoprotein and glycoprotein field are regarded as secondary phenomena. A short discussion and explanation of these results is given. Chez 42 patients souffrant d'une artériosclérose démontrée par voie physique et röntgenologique, les auteurs ont déterminé les teneurs totales en graisses et protéines et les teneurs en cholestérine, esters de la cholestérine et en phospholipides. De plus, les lipo- et glycoprotéines et leur distribution sur les fractions protéiniques du sérum ont été étudiées. Chez 25 patients les auteurs ont trouvé une augmentation des β-lipoprotéines et de la cholestérine, chez 9 patients des fractions lipoprotéiniques normales et une augmentation de la teneur en cholestérine, chez 4 patients des teneurs en cholestérine normales et une distribution pathologique des lipoprotéines et enfin chez 4 patients des valeurs normales ou des valeurs se trouvant à la limite supérieure de la norme. Tandis que les teneurs en glycoprotéines neutres sont augmentées en général, les teneurs en protéines contenant de la glucosamine ou de la chondrosamine ne le sont que rarement. Il n'y a aucun rapport visible avec l'aspect clinique. En se basant sur leurs travaux antérieurs les auteurs considèrent les changements dans le secteur des lipo- et glycoprotéines comme des phénomènes secondaires.
