Complexes [{Pt(bzq)(μ-C 7 H 4 NS 2 -κN,S)} 2 ] and [{Pt(bzq)(μ-C 7 H 4 NOS-κN,S)} 2 ] are two new selective colorimetric and turn-off phosphorescent chemosensors for Hg 2+ in DMSO–H 2 O solution.
