Algunas claves para mirar a las organizaciones en tiempos de transición

espanolEste texto da cuenta de una experiencia docente cuya meta central era la de dotar a los estudiantes de elementos de reflexion fundamentados en recientes desarrollos de las ciencias sociales y del propio campo organizacional. En una primera parte se presentan algunas ideas acerca de la transicion, entendida esta como un proceso de transformaciones profundas que ocurren en todos los ordenes de la vida social y que presionan cada dia con mayor fuerza por generar una vision distinta de los entes sociales. En la segunda parte, el articulo presenta seis claves que, pensamos, son utiles para el estudio y comprension de las organizaciones. Seguidamente, se desarrollan unas ideas en torno a la expresion local de la transicion para destacar algunas dimensiones relacionadas con la modernizacion organizacional venezolana. En el ultimo punto se presenta una mirada organizacional que permite delimitar y focalizar, de modo preliminar, un espacio donde las claves presentadas se concretan. EnglishThis text gives an account of a teaching experience whose principal aim was to provide the students with elements of reflection based upon recent developments in the social sciences, particularly in the organizational field. In the first part, several ideas are presented concerning the transition; this being understood as a process of profound transformations that occur in all orders of social life and that with each passing day press more forcibly for the creation of a different view of social beings. In the second part, the article presents six keys that, in our opinion, are useful in the study and understanding of organizations. Inmediately following, we develop several ideas concerning the local expression of the transition so as to highlight some aspects related to organizational modernization in Venezuela. In the final part, we present an organizational glance which, in a preliminary sense, makes it possible to define and focus on an area where the keys formerly presented become more concrete.
