
Inserção do Fisioterapeuta na Atenção Básica: uma Analogia entre Experiências Acadêmicas e a Proposta dos Núcleos de Apoio à Saúde da Família (NASF)

ResumoObjective: The study aims to analyze the assignments of the physiotherapist in Primary Health Care from academics experiences, making a comparison with the assignments proposed to the Núcleo de Apoio à Saúde da Família (NASF).Material and methods: An exploratory study has been performed, with qualitative approach, using interviews and documental analysis as technical data collection.Ten professors in Physiotherapy of two Institution of Higher Education of João Pessoa's city, PB, which works in Primary Health Care have been interviewed.Then an analysis of the ordinance that regulates the NASF has been performed.The data were subjected to content analyze.Results: Has been found the increasing in action of physiotherapy in basic attention and that the activities performed by the academics in this context, in general, approximate of the proposed action to NASF, with the exception in multiprofessional care and the emphasis to individual attention and continued in the rehabilitation process of experience academics.Conclusion: Stands the need that the academic degree allows the multiprofessional experience, allowing to users a service more specific to their interesting, as well as the failure of the NASF proposal to attend the physiotherapy service needs.
