What online Hong Kong travelers look for on airline/travel websites?

ResumoA study was conducted to identify Internet users' needs and expectations towards airline/travel websites in Hong Kong. Five focus groups were conducted and the results showed that online shopping behavior centers around more traditional products such as compact discs, cinema tickets, souvenirs, gifts, software programs, books and so forth. Regarding their needs and expectations towards an ideal airline/travel website, Internet users believed that the content of it should be informative, interactive and attractive.
