Preparatory details are given for the synthesis of a series of radioactively tagged organotin compounds of the general class R2SnY2, where R is either butyl or octyl and Y is either monomethyl maleate, oxo-octyl thioglycolate, β-mercaptopropanoate, or 2-ethylhexanoate. Three radioactively tagged modifications of these compounds were prepared: in one the tag was present in the alkyl group (C14), in another it was in the tin atom (Sn113) and in the third it was in the Y-group (C14). Einzelheiten zur Synthese einer Reihe von radioaktiv markierten Organozinn Verbindungen von der allgemeine Klasse R2SnY2 wo R entweder Buthyl oder Octhyl und Y entweder Monomethylmaleat, Oxo-octylthioglycolat, β-Mercaptopropanoat oder 2-Ethylhexanoat ist, werden angegeben. Drei radioaktiv markierte Abarten dieser Verbindungen wurden hergestellt: in einer davon war die Markierung in der Alkylgruppe (C14), in einer anderen war es das Zinn Atom (Sn113) und in der dritten war der Markierung in der Y-Gruppe (C14).
