ResumoThe objective of this study was to evaluate the sensitivity of potassium dichromate to Piaractus mesopotamicus (pacu), Hyphessobrycon eques (mato-grosso) e Phallocerus caudimaculatus (guaru). The LC(I)50;96h for the P. mesopotamicus was 144.50 ± 19.67 mg L-1; for the H. Eques, 130.79 ± 10.02 mg L-1; and for the P. Caudimaculatus, of 154.39 ± 6.72 mg L-1. The three species showed potencial for use as organims-tests, however, the H. eques met the criteria for best selection.
