This study provides data on the length-weight relationships (LWR) for 26 tropical fish species collected in August 2010 (dry season) and May 2011 (wet season), and represents the first LWR references for these species in the small tributary streams flowing into the major rivers of the Pantanal Matogrossense, Brazil.
