ResumoThis article is an analysis about the process of production and use of urban space related with the commercialization of nature by the real estate agents, with national and international capital, in Salvador and other localities in its Metropolitan Area.Our research focus the period of time between 2006 and the fi rst trimester of 2010 and we started our database about the new features launched by the enterprises with the advertisement material about these building and condominiums at the internet and newspapers.During this period we found 363 projects and most of them have some kind of relations with some representation of nature, and we elaborated some maps with the localization, price and enterprises of these properties.In this strategic promotion of a life within nature, we observe a uneven use the urban space are increasing the density of some specifi c areas, as Pituba, Iguatemi e Paralela in Salvador and the coastal zone of Lauro de Freitas, Camaçari and São João.The areas with no interest by the real estate agents keep on the margin of the process and there the nature is just a problem and not a solution to increase the prices of condominiums.
