ResumoA case report of a pelvic lymphocele developing after lymphadenectomct for staging of prostatic carcinoma is described. This collection was successfully managed by pereutaneous catheter drainage. The incidence, pathophysiology, clinical symptomatology, differential diagnosis, and treatment options of pelvic lymphocele are reviewed. We believe that percutaneous catheter drainage is currently the optimal treatment modality.
