Six new antineoplastic isomalabaricane-type triterpenes, stelliferins A–F, have been isolated from the Okinawan marine sponge Jaspis stellifera. The structures were established by spectroscopic analyses, espesially 1D and 2D NMR techniques. The stereostructures have been elucidated by NOESY spectra as well as chemical degradation experiments.
