ResumoBy use of an experimental dynamic apparatus, the solubility of lipids in supercritical carbon dioxide has been established at 308, 313, 323, and 333 K for trilaurin and at 313 and 338 K for mono- and dilaurin, at a pressure ranging from 150 to 400 bar. The solubility data obtained at 308 and 313 K was correlated with a cubic equation-of-state. The effect of solute-solute interaction parameter has been studied. The equation with three binary interaction parameters gave accurate predictions.
